you have some malware running that your AV software can not detect.
you should probably get spybot s&d or adaware and scan your computer.
also i recommend uninstalling mcafee AV and using a freeware one like AVG or nod32
if you are not familiar with computers, just reinstall windows and that will eliminate whatever program that is running that your software can not detect. be more careful in the future.

Get Spybot Search and Destroy – it will get it for you. There are so many different kinds of ‘attack-ware’ you need multiple tools. Another ‘protector’
is SpywareBlaster.
